Fleet Mechanic
This is a full-time role for a Fleet Mechanic, based on-site in Green River, WY. The Fleet Mechanic will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The successful candidate will ensure that all equipment functions efficiently and safely, undertaking regular inspections and repairs as needed.

Additional responsibilities will include operating heavy equipment, performing start-up commissioning services, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Are you a highly skilled and experienced Utilities Manager with a passion for high-voltage power line and substation operations? Look no further! We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Utilities Manager. As the Utilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our high-voltage division.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the high-voltage power line division, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Manage a team of apprentices and supervisors, providing guidance and training
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize the lifespan of high-voltage power line equipment
- Coordinate with other departments and external contractors to schedule and execute maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Work closely with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits
- Prepare and manage budgets for the high-voltage power line division, ensuring cost-effective operations
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field (Not required but preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing high voltage power line operations
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to high voltage power lines
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other necessary computer programs
- Experience in project estimation
